Thank you all so very much for sewing along this month in support of our deployed service men and women. It has been an honor and inspiration to be a part of this project and I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if our final counts end up doubling our original goal of sending 100 handmade gifts to our troops as our album has 183 items in it! That is wonderful! Melissa and I share our gratitude for each and every item sewn!

Congrats winners, and yay for passing the goal!
Hi Kristy.. Congratulations to all the winners and Thank you that so many participated! I'm slow but I'm sure, hehe. I have 4 ipad/nook covers cut and will finish later today. Just wanted to let you know that I have some to send. I'll email you when I'm done to get the address where to mail. Thank you both Kristy and Melissa!
Congrats to the winners...but wait- we are all winners in my eyes!
Oh my goodness, gracious how fun to win a prize on top of it all! I have to say that I love, love, love sewing along with your projects. Thank you so much for putting them together. (And thank you for the new, fabulous, sewing book!!) xoxo
Thanks to all who made this project possible. I didn't do it for the prizes, although they are very nice and thank you for my win. When I first read this, I remembered when my son was deployed and he didn't have a pillowcase. I sent him several sets of his own linen, but I know there are many soldiers out there that don't have the family or means to get some of these comfort items on their own. It still breaks my heart! So this was such a little thing to do to try and help. All of the people making items in this group did such a beautiful job! I know they will be appreciated! Thank you again for making this happen and God Bless Our Troops!
