Playful Accent Pillows

My girls recently re-did their bedroom in an underwater theme. The Michael Miller mermaid print fabric used for the pillowcase in the background was the main print, but they needed some throw new accent pillows to fluff it all up a bit more of course!

We had bought the fabric some time ago when the project began, but I just finally got them finished....they had become buried in the "in the works" pile, you know how that goes!

The girls of course love to help pick and choose fabrics, so these are what we came up with. They each got one made from a plush Panne velour that had little ribbon loop accents along the edge...one pink, the other orange. Then they also got the little seahorse print flannel backed with fun and fluffy green "seaweed"...which I think we all liked best!
