Sewing Essential - Serger Tweezers

I'm tellin' ya folks, this is one of those tools that is an absolute ESSENTIAL for sewing!
****SERGER TWEEZERS!****
I love these things!!! I think I should have my name engraved on mine! ;) My pair just came with the accessories of my serger, but this is a tool that is useful even if you don't have a serger! I use mine all the time to get into tiny spots on my machine, especially to remove lint. And that point....
...it will thread a needle in the blink of an eye!

If you DO have a serger and DON'T have a pair of these....well, I seriously don't know how you have managed to maintain sanity threading one of those beasts without them!!

I just goggled them, and Dritz makes a set for only $4 (even cheaper if you have a JoAnn's nearby and can use a coupon!)....so again, a very inexpensive but practical tool that I would highly recommend!

Serger Tweezers....another one of those simple tools that makes sewing even more fun!

  2. Hi, Kristy! Thanks for entering my giveaway! I LOVE your holiday tradition! It sounds almost identical to ours, only we LISTEN to the audio tape of the Polar Express in our PJS while driving around looking at Christmas lights and drinking hot chocolate!!! Then we do the Christmas story, matching pjs on Christmas eve!!! :)d

Also, I just got a serger, and have NO idea how to use it! Once I figure it out, though, those tweezers will be the first thing I get! :)
