I'm so excited to share this with you all!!!
When I told the folks at MODKID that we would be sewing their sweet Playdate Rag Dolls for our May project, they generously offered to send me a couple of panels to support our sewing efforts. Isn't that great!?!?! And since I have plenty to sew up of my own, I'd like to spread the inspiration, so that means TWO of you could win one of these adorable, easy to sew, doll panels!
These dolls are just precious too! And if you follow the simple step by step instructions printed right on the panel, you'll have an adorable plush doll to share with someone special in no time!
Here's all you need to do to get entered:
Follow the Hopeful Threads blog and comment on who you'd share your dolls with. That's it! (Make sure you leave an email with your comment or have your email enabled in your profile so I can reach you if you win.)
I'll give everyone a week to get entered and spread the word to your sewing friends. Have your friend(s) leave a separate comment saying that you are the one who sent them, and if that comment is selected by the random number generator, then you and your friend who commented will be the two panel winners!
I'll draw the winners next Friday, May 13th and announce them here, as well as, send emails to the winners.
International followers are welcome to enter, I just ask that you be prepared to pay shipping if you are selected as a winner.
Get entered! Spread the word! And check out all the other new goodies MODKID has just released...OH MY! I'm personally in LOVE with their new ribbons! Just gorgeous!
What a thoughtful giveaway! I would love to have a crafty night with friends to assemble the dolls and some clothes for them. We would donate them to a local charity (Kingdom's Kloset) that provides bags of clothing and toys to children entering foster care.

Oh how fun those dolls would be! Being I do not have a little girl, I would very happily donate the dolls to the local womens shelter. There are so many children there that have been displaced and would love to have a little something to take their minds off of all of the changes in their lives =(
ReplyDeleteOh my I would LOVE to win! They are so cute! I would make one for each of my sisters and one for a friends daughter. Thanks for the giveaway! I posted it on my blog.

Those dolls look adorable. I'd love to make them for my 2 daughters and/or my 3 nieces. Thanks for this great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteThese would be such fun to win. My daughter would love it! She loves to get involved in my sewing! We'd give away a couple of the dolls as well.
ReplyDeleteI'm a new follower. I love to make these and let my daughter keep one and pick friends to give the others to.

I would love to make these for the gift closet at my son's school. They have a place where children that aren't as fortunate or who's parents have fallen on hard times can go pick out a gift on their birthday.
ReplyDeleteHow cute!! Wonder if I could make these??? I'd share with my two sweeties!
