Perfect Stocking Stuffers from My Funny Buddy!

If you are looking for a fun, quick and perfect gift to help stuff those stockings, the Reindeer Stuffie from My Funny Buddy is perfect!
These little guys go together in a snap and are so cute! Perfect gift for boys and girls!

This bundle was made for some really special kids in our community. 3 of them are going to a set of brothers that along with their amazing Mama each year, they perform RACKs. That is Random Acts of Christmas Kindness. I am loving following along with their fun this year! They do the simplest yet most thoughtful things like "plug" soda machines so the next person doesn't have to pay, leave microwave popcorn taped to a movie rental box and candy canes taped to ATMs, each with a note that says "You've been RACKed!" with an explanation of what that is. Well, they inspired me! And, these little guys will be showing up in their mailbox with a message saying they too have been RACKed! :)
The 4th one is headed to a very special girl that has been going above and beyond in her family. I hope each of them likes their new holiday friend!

Maybe you can perform your own RACKs in your neighborhood! :)

**BONUS**

Dixie the Pony Stuffie - Create H.O.P.E. Designs Sew Along + COUPON!!!

Sharing my first Create H.O.P.E. Designs project, Dixie. This pony pattern is contributed by our friend and sponsor My Funny Buddy

Like all My Funny Buddy PDF patterns, this is a straight forward, easy-to-follow pattern that leaves nothing out! This little pony is quick to put together and a great first sewing project too in my opinion.

Her tail is a loop that can easily be attached to plastic rings to keep her close to a little ones' stroller or carseat. No plastic eyes and such make her perfect for even newborns and depending on the fabrics used, might even just be your tweens favorite stuffed friend too. ;)

This image shows Dixie with the adorable saddle blanket rolled and tied at her neck. Pattern and instructions for the blanket included in the pattern.
Remember, all Create H.O.P.E. Designs patterns are only $5 each and the money raised by the sale of the patterns is donated to organizations providing care for some of the most vulnerable children worldwide.

+++BONUS COUPON OFFER FROM MY FUNNY BUDDY!!!+++
My Funny Buddy is offering a special coupon for those who purchase ANY pattern from Create H.O.P.E. Designs this month. Simply email My Funny Buddy with your receipt from your purchase and she will respond with a coupon good for $5 in her shop......which would let you get any of the other adorable patterns in her shop for ONLY $1! That includes her newest pattern for the insanely sweet Ghost Family!
Wow!!!! Thanks My Funny Buddy! Here's a peek at some of her other cuteness...that you could get for a buck!

My sweet Dixies have been added to my current FLUFF Project box to be donated to children in foster care. The fabric for my Dixie stuffies was provided by Binkeez for Comfort as they graciously & generously sent me the trimmings from their gorgeous giving blankets!

Pattern Review - Tony T-Rex by My Funny Buddy

Brace yourself for some serious fluffy cuteness!
This is the newest pattern from My Funny Buddy, Tony T-Rex.
I adore him!
My littlest guy loves the "hairy" green fabric and I have been looking to make him something using it for a while now. Obviously we found the perfect thing!

Like all My Funny Buddy patterns, this is a comprehensive PDF sewing pattern that includes step-by-step photos and written instructions. Nothing, down to the smallest details on stitching the facial features, is left out. I did all the facial stitching on my machine, but there are instructions included for hand-stitching as well.

The pattern pieces fit together easily and accurately and you are ready to get sewing as quick as you can select your fabric choices!

And since I can rarely make just one of anything, and these were such fun to watch come together, I made a couple extra of these cute lil' fellas. I intend to use them in support of the FLUFF Project either as a donation themselves or as part of a potential sale/auction....not sure yet.

Such a friendly guy!
You can find the Tony/Tracy T-Rex pattern in the My Funny Buddy shop here.

+++AND+++
As an extra bonus, My Funny Buddy has created an additional pattern for a My Baby Dinosaur that you can download for FREE! It includes the egg, hatching dino and baby dino all....and for FREE! Find it here. And if you do download it, be sure and take a minute to drop by the My Funny Buddy facebook page and say THANKS! :)
Before you know it, you could have your own Dino Family stitched up! And yes.....I do have an 'in house' request for such now! ;)

Pattern Review - Scruffy the Dog by My Funny Buddy

I'm so excited to share my first stuffed toys finished for April's Project, a litter of Scruffy dogs made using the My Funny Buddy pattern.

This was my first time sewing with a My Funny Buddy pattern, and I simply can't say enough good about it! The pattern was very well written, including thorough step-by-step photos, paying attention to every little detail. This made my sewing experience easier and more enjoyable!

I used a solid fleece for the face which adds a more "furry" appeal to the little guys.

All the fun, coordinating prints are from Ann Kelle's REMIX Collection for Robert Kaufman. Love these playfully versatile prints, they add such character!

Some of my favorite features of this pattern include the felt and stitched faces making them extra cuddly and safe for all ages.

Additionally, the tail provides a loop perfect for attaching a "leash" so your soft friend stays close to your child in the stroller or carseat.

These little pups are destined to be LOVED!
